Bianca Pauline's photographic art comes straight from her heart; it is her own stories and life experiences, as well as fantasy. What is special about Bianca Pauline's bizarre art is that she is both the creative mind, art object, photographer and also videographer.
"From childhood I was always creative and adventurous. After studying the Fashion academy, my passion for photography was born. Unfortunately, a viral infection turned my world completely upside down. Half of my face was paralyzed. Never could I have imagined then that everything would change so much. Being confronted by people because I looked different made me think:
It doesn't matter how you look, it's about the inside of mankind!
I started making masks as well as matching costumes and accessories, which I make from materials subject to the ravages of time. My art is also a reflection of a world full of love, humor, desires, sadness, pain and death and the things we experience in our daily lives. "
And so Bianca Pauline's artistic photography developed with unique work as a result. Sometimes humor with a wink, sometimes bizarre but at all times intriguing and inspiring.
Meanwhile, she and her work are much in demand as a speaker and her photographic art has been exhibited at Fotofestival Acec Apeldoorn, Kunstbeurs Ulft, Kunst op Stand at Soestdijk Palace, Kunstschouw Zeeland 2023, Rietveld museum, among others.
